With more than 25 years of public accounting experience, including 11 years at Big Four firms, he translates the complexity of today’s lending and capital markets environment into practical, scalable tax strategies and governance frameworks aligned with high‑velocity finance organizations.
His expertise spans ASC 740, consolidated tax returns, federal (C corporations, S corporations, and partnerships), state and local, and international tax, accounting method changes, and the tax implications of M&A and capital formation. Jacob also brings deep industry experience across large and community banks, and specialty lenders, and regularly leads client and national‑level training on ASC 740 and consolidated returns through a business‑first, operationally aligned approach that supports compliance while accelerating growth.
