• Leverage two disparate systems for customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• Data required transformation in order to be used in visualizations
• Management wanted a dashboard to showcase where leads were generated and converted
• Required deeper insights into where advertising spend resulted in customer acquisition

Our Approach

• Assessed current CRM and ERP system
• Created relational data model, automated business logic and key performance indicator (KPI) calculations
• Completed data validation to confirm accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness
• Developed Power BI design and layout of dashboards/heatmaps, including functionality of filters/slicers, level of detail and user accessibility
• Completed user acceptance testing of dashboards with client
