As the Tax Leader of the Private Equity Industry Group, Nick works closely with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies to address complex tax and business challenges throughout the investment lifecycle. He advises clients on holistic entity structures, transaction planning, tax-efficient operating strategies, and value creation initiatives designed to maximize after-tax returns. Nick has significant experience with private equity buy and sell transactions, financial modeling, and complicated partnership waterfall allocations. He provides practical, solutions-oriented guidance that aligns tax strategy with broader business and investment objectives.

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Nick was the corporate controller for a vertically integrated commercial real estate developer and a senior manager at a Big Four firm.
