GREENVILLE, South Carolina, October 28, 2026 - Elliott Davis Advisory, LLC, a top 50 accounting and consulting firm, is expanding its Human Capital advisory practice with the addition of an Executive Search practice led by Principals Brandon Bailey and Matt Barnes. The expansion strengthens the firm’s ability to help organizations make critical leadership decisions.
The Executive Search team conducts confidential, retained searches for C-suite and senior leadership roles, supported by candidate assessment and leadership evaluation, market intelligence, and talent mapping. Brandon and Matt bring more than 30 years of combined experience to the firm with a focus on middle-market private equity-backed portfolio companies and privately held businesses.

The addition builds on Elliott Davis’ growing Human Capital practice, which expanded earlier this year through the acquisition of AMPLOS. By combining Executive Search experience with behavioral science and performance psychology, Elliott Davis can help clients evaluate not only a candidate’s experience, but also the capabilities and characteristics needed to succeed within a specific organization.
