Shane brings 18 years of diverse experience to his role as a Principal in the Transactions, Strategy & Operations practice. His background spans consulting and CFO positions across multiple industries, with deep expertise in optimizing finance functions, driving strategic growth initiatives, and leading capital raising and M&A efforts.
After beginning his career in Big Four public accounting, Shane transitioned into private industry, where he held financial leadership roles from Controller to CFO in PE-backed companies. He is highly experienced in full-cycle accounting, FP&A, and strategic executive leadership. Most recently, Shane served as the Mountain West leader for CFGI’s Business Transformation practice before joining Elliott Davis in 2026.
