Scott leads the firm’s New York Transaction Advisory Services team, advising private equity, corporate and sponsor-backed clients throughout the M&A lifecycle. He has completed more than 250 M&A transactions throughout his career, across various industries, with transaction sizes ranging from $10 million to more than $600 million. In addition to his role leading M&A due diligence projects (Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, Debt-Like, purchase agreement review, etc.), Scott supports clients by identifying and addressing business improvement needs across operations, systems / technology, and human capital.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Scott spent three years with a Big 4 accounting firm performing financial audits and worked at a boutique investment bank in New York City. He also spent nearly 10 years with RSM in their transaction advisory practice, leading the New York team’s healthcare and life sciences practice.
