Samit is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in public and private accounting. As Head of India Operations at Elliott Davis, he works closely with the firm’s global leadership to expand the audit, consulting, and tax practice in India. There, he leads the firm’s day-to-day operations, providing strategic direction and fostering team alignment with companywide goals.

Before joining Elliott Davis, Samit held management roles at Eisner Amper and Morgan Stanley Fund Services, where he specialized in financial reporting, pension plan audits, and alternative investments. He also reviewed and prepared financial statements for hedge funds and private equity clients under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
