Quinten has over six years of financial consulting experience in the valuation services industry. Quinten’s experience includes valuations for purposes of transactions, financial reporting requirements and stock compensation, and value creation. He has experience across several industries, including in the energy space (oil and gas and renewable energy), consumer products, healthcare, and financial institutions and wealth management.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, he was a manager in the valuation services practice at RSM US LLP, where he performed valuations related to fair value (ASC 820), acquisition accounting (ASC 805), goodwill impairment and indefinite-lived intangibles (ASC 350), stock-based compensation (ASC 718), and fair market value of private company’s common stock (IRC 409A) for financial reporting and tax purposes.
