Dr. Lowder helps high-performing people, teams, and organizations strengthen leadership, optimize well-being, and achieve sustainable performance. A licensed counseling psychologist with a concentration in Organizational Development, he brings a practical understanding of the human factors that drive success.

In 2005, he founded the practice that eventually became Amplos, expanding his work with organizations across a wide range of industries. Throughout his career, he has focused on translating behavioral science into real-world strategies that help leaders and teams build self-awareness, navigate pressure, and pursue continuous growth.

During his time as a sport psychologist for the Clemson University Athletic Department, Dr. Lowder worked with student-athletes, coaches, teams, and athletic department leaders to excel under pressure and manage the demands of college athletics and life.

A current focus for Dr. Lowder is Mill Pine, a 350-acre corporate retreat in upstate South Carolina, where he combines his passion for helping others with his love of the outdoors and working the land. He lives in Greenville, South Carolina, with his wife and three children.
