With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, Michelle has worked in Tax to both service clients and lead practice operations. In her newest role, Firm Optimization Leader, she serves as a strategic connector across the firm’s practice lines and enterprise functions, aligning operational priorities to strengthen firm performance, scalability, client experience, and financial results for Elliott Davis. This role works closely with Firm leadership across service lines, people operations/HR, finance, and IT to advance high-impact initiatives, remove friction from critical processes, and help position the firm for sustainable growth.

Michelle brings an enterprise mindset, sound judgment, and practical execution to complex operational challenges, with particular emphasis on cross-functional alignment, process governance, and adoption of enabling technologies. She is a problem solver with practical, scalable solutions that balance people, process, and technology while increasing visibility, accountability, and execution across the firm.
