Mike focuses on the areas of manufacturing, closely-held companies, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and employee benefit plan audits. With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, including 13 years with a Big Four accounting firm, he serves as the primary contact for clients, prepares financial statements and other communications with management and conducts numerous meetings with owners and Boards of Directors.
