With over a decade of experience in the accounting and finance industry, Michael specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients, leveraging a strong foundation in assurance, operational finance, and systems transformation. At Elliott Davis, Michael plays a key role in helping clients navigate the diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs, delivering insights that drive informed decision-making and long-term value.

Before joining Elliott Davis, Michael spent three years in assurance services at a Big Four firm, where he worked with clients across various industries. He then transitioned to industry for another three years, focusing on accounting operations and system implementations. These experiences provided him with a well-rounded perspective that he now applies to complex transaction environments.
