Matt has over 15 years of valuation and consulting experience, primarily focused on the healthcare system. Matt’s extensive experience includes valuations for purposes of transactions, financial reporting requirements and stock compensation, commercial litigation and value creation. Matt’s healthcare experience ranges from independent physician practices to large multi-state health systems to early-stage health technology platforms, behavioral health and senior care providers, including private equity-backed companies and not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, Matt serves as the firm’s healthcare senior analysts. In this role, he analyzes the macroeconomic and healthcare industry environments and regularly presents data-driven insight to clients, firm professionals and media outlets.
