Luke is a member of the Elliott Davis Consulting team that provides advisory services to privately held businesses in the areas of planning, family law, litigation support, mergers, acquisitions, valuations, capital structuring, and profit improvement.

Luke specializes in performing valuations for a variety of purposes that include financial and tax reporting, strategic planning, gift and estate tax filings, sale or IPO, management incentive plans, purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment analysis. In addition, Luke specializes in complex asset holding company valuation, early-stage company valuation, the valuation of life sciences companies within the bio/pharma sector, technology companies, governing contractors, the financial services and consumer products industries, and equity allocation for complex capital structures in addition to other valuation purposes.

Prior to joining the Elliott Davis team, Luke was a member of the RSM valuation services group and audit practice for six years, specializing financial statement reporting within the Financial Services, Government Contracting, Life Sciences and Technology industries of early-stage companies
