As a leader in the firm’s AAS practice, Giancarlo is responsible for building financial infrastructures that extend beyond reporting on historical results to actively shaping future outcomes. He helps clients transform their finance functions into engines of strategic growth by connecting data, technology, and people to enable smarter, more sustainable business decisions.
Giancarlo brings over 10 years of experience advising leadership teams on financial strategy, FP&A, transaction readiness, and operational finance transformation. He partners closely with executives and founders to scale organizations, improve profitability, and create clarity around key value drivers during periods of growth and change. His experience spans Healthcare, HealthTech, SaaS, wellness, and technology.
Prior to joining Elliot Davis, Giancarlo served at a Big 4 firm and later held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Vis‑À‑Vis Health, a HealthTech platform.
