She builds trusted relationships and applies practical, evidence-based strategies to enhance executive presence, resilience under pressure, and team dynamics. Grounded in performance psychology and experience working across both sport and corporate environments, Gabriela integrates high-performance principles into leadership development and organizational growth. Originally from Texas, she enjoys traveling, exploring new coffee shops, working out, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
