Eric has over 20 years of firsthand experience in the healthcare space. He launched and grew a DSO to 45 practices in New England; after centralizing the services systems, he exited through a PE transaction. This group currently serves as a platform for growth today. After his exit, Eric became Head of Strategy for a similar sized platform in the space and for the last 6 years, where he worked as an advisor for a mid-market consulting and investment banking firm. While at the firm, he was supporting clients in a variety of spaces that included dental, surgery, and other specialty services.
At Elliott Davis, Eric brings a history of creating tactical strategies to meet client growth needs. He continues to work with the middle market as well as PE backed portfolio companies to bring a boutique perspective to growth thesis and leverage financial and operational data to drive results.
