Professional Overview

As a manager in the Tax department, Chris focuses on tax issues and compliance with a focus on manufacturing and distribution companies with multi-state and international operations, and technology companies. He helps customers navigate through complex federal, state, and international issues, tax return compliance, tax planning, ASC 740 tax provisions, and consulting.  He also works closely with customers through the complex tax issues surrounding acquisition and sale transactions, and consulting.
