Professional Overview

Caroline has more than 6 years of experience in IT audit, internal auditing and systems implementation. She worked as an internal audit manager for a national media company where she supervised staff, managed financial reporting audits to comply with SOX 404, and partnered with IT to design and control new financial systems, including the Ultimate Software HR/Payroll solution and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution.

She also served as an Audit Associate for a national accounting firm where she gained experience through working engagements for public and private companies in a broad range of industries including technology, hospitality, life sciences, and manufacturing.
