Ashley is the firm's Professional Practice Group Leader, overseeing quality delivery, risk management, and compliance with professional standards across all service lines. She also serves as a firmwide resource on complex accounting, financial reporting, SEC compliance, and professional practice matters.

Drawing on experience in client service, professional practice, and regulatory oversight, Ashley brings broad industry experience and deep insight into the opportunities and challenges facing the accounting profession and the organizations it serves. Prior to her current role, she served clients in the real estate, financial institutions, and investment management industries and held positions with a Big Four public accounting firm and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
