As a leader in the firm’s Business Systems Consulting practice, Vance is responsible for advising corporate and private equity-backed organizations on finance transformation, ERP modernization, and enterprise performance management initiatives. He works closely with executive leadership teams to align technology strategy with operational and financial objectives.
With more than 15 years of experience, Vance specializes in leading large-scale ERP and EPM implementations, designing governance frameworks, and delivering complex digital transformation programs. He has extensive experience guiding organizations through system selection, implementation, optimization, and post-go-live stabilization, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Vance served as Director of IT Business Relationships at Extended Stay America, where he led a full IT transformation for the back-office departments. Earlier in his career, Vance held consulting leadership roles at Navisite and Velocity Technology Solutions, where he built and scaled Enterprise Performance Management and Business Intelligence practices, delivering cloud migrations and finance transformation initiatives for middle-market and enterprise clients.
