Steve is a Principal based in Denver with over 25 years of experience providing valuation and financial advisory services to companies in a wide variety of industries, with an emphasis on the energy industry. Steve’s clients range from multinational Fortune 100 companies to small, privately held companies.

Steve has significant experience in valuation matters and has performed numerous analyses for acquisition, divestiture, financial reporting, financing, litigation, restructuring, and tax purposes. His experience includes:

• Business enterprise / equity valuations
• Reporting unit / CGU valuations for financial reporting
• Legal entity valuations for restructurings and tax purposes
• Valuations of trade names, customer relationships, and other intangible assets
• Valuations of patents and technology
• Valuations of convertible debt, options, warrants and other derivative instruments

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Steve was a Principal in RSM’s Valuation Services practice and held earlier valuation positions with Duff & Phelps, Standard & Poor’s, and PwC.
