Shuki Cirlin is a Principal at Elliott Davis and leads the firm’s Audit practice in New York. He works with public registrants and private and investor-backed companies across the business lifecycle, from emerging and growth-stage businesses through IPO readiness and navigating life as a public company.
Shuki has more than 15 years of experience serving companies across a broad range of industries, including technology and gaming, manufacturing and industrials, consumer products, life sciences, and professional services. His experience includes PCAOB and AICPA audits, SEC reporting, IPO and capital markets readiness, complex accounting and financial reporting matters, internal controls and SOX, acquisitions, and carve-outs.
In New York, Shuki is focused not only on growing Elliott Davis’s Audit practice, but also on helping expand the firm’s broader presence in the market. He works closely with management teams, boards, investors, and other advisors and draws on the full range of Elliott Davis’s accounting and advisory capabilities as clients’ needs evolve.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Shuki led the audit practice at Wild, Maney & Resnick. He previously spent more than 14 years at KPMG, where he served both public and private companies and led large, complex, and cross-border engagements involving teams around the world.
