Professional Overview
Patrick leads the firm’s Nashville Transaction Advisory Services team, advising private equity, corporate and independent sponsor-backed clients throughout the deal lifecycle. He has completed more than 300 M&A transactions throughout his career, across various industries, with a focus on the middle market. Primary due diligence projects include Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, Debt-Like, purchase agreement review, etc., Patrick also supports and advises clients on post-close initiatives across operations, systems / technology, and accounting and finance.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Patrick spent four years with a Big 4 accounting firm performing financial audits and worked as a controller for a health system. Most recently, he came from RSM as partner within their transaction advisory practice.
