He has spent his career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and organizational change, and enjoys translating emerging technology into meaningful business impact. He leads the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Practice, where he helps clients build durable advantage through strategy, capability, and operating discipline.

Previously, Mike led Galvanize, where he worked with Fortune 100 companies and the Department of Defense on their transformation efforts. Earlier in his career, he held progressive leadership roles across accounting, finance, product, and operations functions.
