With more than two decades of public accounting experience, Michelle leads the technology audit practice.  She serves as a trusted advisor to technology and software companies, delivering comprehensive assurance and advisory services tailored to the complexities of the industry. Her deep technical expertise also spans the manufacturing and distribution and employee benefit plan sectors.

Michelle partners closely with private equity–backed organizations, guiding them through sophisticated financial reporting requirements, acquisition accounting, and strategic growth initiatives. She supports companies at every stage—from closely held businesses to domestic entities with global operations—providing insight and dependable leadership in navigating an evolving financial landscape.

Additonally, Michelle is the audit team leader for the Columbia office.
