As a leader in the firm’s Human Capital Practice, Matt leads and executes C-suite and other Senior Leadership searches for clients across a broad range of industries nationwide. Drawing on more than 15 years of search experience, he partners closely with companies to understand the complexities of their business, challenges they are facing, and their long-term goals to build a unique candidate profile that aligns with their requirements.
With extensive private equity search experience, Matt is skilled at defining each engagement’s scope and works closely with management teams to provide extensive market and candidate research, to steer uniquely qualified individuals to transform businesses into their next phase of growth.
Prior to joining Amplos, Matt spent 15 years with one of the world’s largest staffing agencies, working in senior leadership roles before being promoted to Managing Partner, Executive Search.
