Mark is a senior enterprise and change leader with more than twenty years of experience helping organizations align strategy, operations, and technology to drive scalable growth. He works closely with executive teams and project sponsors to design and execute ERP and other systems enabled transformation roadmaps that translate strategic intent into measurable business outcomes.

Mark brings deep expertise in operating model design, post acquisition integration, and cloud based business systems, with experience spanning manufacturing, distribution, retail, and service oriented environments. He is known for bridging the gap between business and technology—establishing effective governance, strengthening data and process discipline, and driving adoption across finance, operations, and supply chain functions.

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Mark worked for a leading NetSuite implementation partner. Earlier in his career, he held roles in supply chain across a range of industries, including retail, medical devices, and semiconductors.
