Lena helps organizations identify and operationalize opportunities to use AI, automation, and other emerging technologies to create meaningful business value. She works with leaders and their teams to evaluate opportunities, align technology initiatives with business objectives, and put the processes and ways of working in place to move from experimentation to execution.
Her educational background spans information systems and psychology and is complemented by hands-on software engineering experience, giving her a practical understanding of both the technical and human dimensions of technology adoption. Drawing on experience building teams, scaling programs, and designing systems and processes, she brings a practical, cross-functional perspective to technology-enabled change.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Lena designed and built an enterprise AI curriculum spanning foundational AI fluency, responsible use, change management, workflow standardization, governance, and agentic AI. The work included learning paths for leadership, practitioner, and technical audiences and was designed to support the progression from safe individual AI use to standardized workflows and more advanced applications.
