John joined Elliott Davis after almost 12 years with a large national firm. He has deep experience auditing both privately held and publicly traded companies. His focus is on companies in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries with expertise across all stages of their lifecycles and ownership structures. John has extensive experience with healthcare revenue waterfalls, business combinations and purchase price allocation, variable interest entities, management service organization structures, and complex equity structures.
John began his career at a Big Four accounting and consulting firm working with privately held and publicly traded companies across several industries, including Life Sciences
