Daniel has more than ten years of public accounting experience and focuses on providing assurance services to customers in a variety of industries. Daniel’s assurance customers include both public and private institutions, which have provided him with significant experience in financial report preparation, SEC reporting, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. In addition to assurance services, Daniel provides Transaction Advisory to his customers as they work through potential acquisitions
