With over twenty years of experience, Crystal focuses on providing a broad range of tax and business consulting services to private equity and fund clients. Her expertise lies within Investment Funds, tiered partnership structures, special allocations, and carried interest. Crystal has been heavily involved in acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings, as well as fund structuring for tax-exempts, super-exempts, and non-US Investors. Crystal has experience with complicated financial modeling, partnership allocations and capital accounts, buy and sell deal structuring, and private equity transactions.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Crystal was the Tax Director at Harbert Management Corporation in Birmingham, Alabama.
