Brian assists customers by providing financial, tax, and information technology due diligence, primarily focusing on buy-side and sell-side assistance to private equity funds, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers. He performs quality of earnings, debt and debt-like, and working capital analysis and provides his customers insight by evaluating financial and operational trends of target companies. By leveraging his previous experience, including supervising teams for buy-side and sell-side due diligence, he provides value to our customers by acting as the point of contact for deal execution and leading meetings with various stakeholders including chief financial officers, controllers, potential buy-side teams, and investment bankers. Brian has experience with a range of public and private companies in Healthcare, Technology, Manufacturing, and Professional Services.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Brian worked at national firms where he oversaw and detail-reviewed final data book and report deliverables from beginning to end, including sections for company overview, key findings, income statement, and balance sheet analysis, among others.
