As a leader in the firm's Executive Search Practice, Brandon advises private equity firms, portfolio companies, and middle-market organizations on leadership recruitment and talent strategy. With more than a decade of experience in executive search and finance leadership solutions, Brandon specializes in placing C-suite and senior executives across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on private equity-backed businesses.

Brandon works closely with investors, boards, and management teams to identify and attract high-impact leaders who can accelerate growth, drive operational improvement, and create long-term value.

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Brandon served as Managing Partner within the Executive Search practice of Tatum, a Randstad company, where he led executive recruiting engagements for private equity-backed and growth-oriented businesses nationwide. Earlier in his career, he advised organizations on finance, accounting, and business transformation initiatives, providing him with a deep understanding of the leadership capabilities required to scale organizations successfully.
