Ben is a Principal with over a decade of experience in the Transaction Advisory practice, where he specializes in the buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence of mergers and acquisitions, and other mezzanine transactions for private equity and corporate customers. Ben has provided transaction advisory services both domestically and internationally in the health care, consumer products, telecommunications, consulting services, technology, and manufacturing industries. He has advised on a number of different types of transactions including standalone platforms, carve-out of business segments, restructurings, mergers, and industry consolidations.

Prior to joining the Elliott Davis, he was a manager in the Assurance and Advisory practice of a top ten national accounting firm, focusing on due diligence projects and external audits of healthcare providers, hospital groups, financial institutions, manufacturers and distributors, technology companies, and employee benefit plans. Ben has also lived abroad while working for a global consulting and accounting firm in Stuttgart, Germany, where he held a senior associate position providing transaction advisory services to international customers.
