Livingston leads the Forensic, Valuation & Litigation Support (FVLS) practice for our Charlotte market. He performs valuation and consulting services for public companies, closely held businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for a variety of purposes. He has extensive experience in performing valuations under the fair value and fair market value concepts used for financial and tax reporting, respectively. Livingston performs valuations of closely held corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships for tax planning purposes, business planning, and M&A under the fair market value standard.
Livingston also leads our fair value for financial reporting practice, specializing in valuation analyses related to acquisition accounting, goodwill impairment, indefinite-lived intangibles, and stock-based compensation. He has also has experience with complex financial modeling, including Monte Carlo Simulations, Option Pricing models, and binomial lattice models. Livingston’s work has been audited by several international and regional accounting firms.
