Professional Overview

As a Senior Manager in Elliott Davis’s Management Consulting Practice, Robert serves as overall project lead on customer engagements and is a trusted advisor, providing advice and support on strategy and operations. He leverages research, management interviews, and data analysis to drive business decisions, develop action plans, and support the execution of recommendations. Samples of Robert’s work include:

• Managed facility expansion through layout design and implementation of process improvements for a private equity backed event services business
• Coordinated implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts and managed cycle time improvement activities for over 20 stations on highly automated assembly line, resulting in 6% decrease in cycle time and forecasted annual savings of $275,000
• Implemented operator work standards which increased output by 7% and reduced scrap by 40% for a high-volume machining process
• Designed layouts and managed installation of multiple new product lines for a major automotive supplier
• Managed integration of tool-presetting department by designing layout and developing training plan, resulting in a 12.5% reduction in tool costs and 24% reduction in rework

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Robert worked at Robert Bosch in a variety of engineering and operations roles before completing his Masters in Business Administration at Harvard Business School. He also worked as an Operations Manager at Amazon's Spartanburg Fulfillment center.
