Prior to serving healthcare customers, Randi served as the Talent Engagement Manager for the audit practice at Elliott Davis, which focused on talent retention efforts. She also served as a Corporate Controller for a privately owned manufacturing holding company in Columbia, South Carolina.

Randi has over 10 years of public accounting experience with Elliott Davis and previously provided comprehensive assurance and advisory services to a diverse customer base which included South Carolina public charter schools, not-for-profit entities, employee benefit plans, health and welfare plans, and manufacturing businesses.
