Professional Overview

Jen works primarily with closely held, flow through businesses and their owners. Her experience ranges across different industries from service providers to manufacturing. Jen also has experience in the private equity space, assisting flow through entities with the compliance and planning related to the pre- and post-transaction structures. Jen provides support for multi-state businesses, and assists with the complex issues they face including state filings and tax planning. She also assists customers with quarterly computations, tax distribution calculations, and other tax planning related to personal and business objectives.

Prior to Elliott Davis, Jen served for six years at a Big Four firm in Ohio.
