As a senior in the Assurance group, Dan has more than five years of experience serving both publicly traded and private institutions. He works with a variety of institutions with asset sizes ranging from $40 million to $5 billion. In his current role, Dan provides a variety of services including external audit and consulting services for community banks, publicly traded financial institutions, credit unions and consumer finance companies. Dan’s specialties include implementation and testing of key controls for SOX 404 and FDICIA requirements, allowance for loan loss model validation, and credit review.
