Professional Overview

Ben is a Director in the Transaction Advisory practice, where he specializes in the buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence of , and other mezzanine transactions for private equity and corporate customers. Prior to joining the Elliott Davis, he was a manager in the Assurance and Advisory practice of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, focusing on due diligence projects and external audits of financial institutions, manufacturers and distributors, technology companies, and employee benefit plans. Ben has also lived abroad while working for Ebner Stolz Mönning Bachem GmbH & Co. in Stuttgart, Germany, where he held a senior associate position providing Transaction Advisory to international clients.
