Livingston has been providing Business Valuation Consulting to clients for more than five years. He performs valuation services for public companies, closely-held businesses, business interests and intangible assets for a variety of purposes. He has extensive experience in performing valuations under the fair value and fair market value concepts used for financial and tax reporting, respectively.

Livingston specializes in the valuation analyses related to acquisition accounting, goodwill impairment, indefinite-lived intangibles, stock-based compensation, as well as valuations of closely-held corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships for estate and estate planning purposes, buy/sell agreements and dissenting shareholder disputes. He has performed valuations in the financial institutions, automotive, manufacturing, transportation, cable and telecommunications, retail, real estate, business services, construction and health care industries.
