Brent has nearly a decade of combined public accounting and industry experience and provides community banking customers in both public and private sectors with a wide range of assurance services, including financial statement audits, internal audits (including Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and FDICIA), and other agreed upon procedures.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Brent spent the majority of his career in assurance at Deloitte and Touche, serving multiple industries. He subsequently spent two years at a $3 billion SEC registered bank where he was responsible for financial reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley 404b compliance, general accounting, and technical accounting research.
