Professional Overview
Will provides strategic advisory services to private equity sponsors, mezzanine debt funds, and investment banks, with an emphasis on navigating the challenges of mergers and acquisitions and capital raises.
For over 10 years, he has assisted both buy- and sell-side customers navigate complex transactions, declining business scenarios, rapid growth situations, pre-deal planning, and post-deal integration.
Will supports buy-side transactions through performing financial due diligence including enterprise valuation, quality of earnings reports, and preparation of closing statements. His sell-side support includes development of strategic operating plans and advanced analytical modeling. Will also performs Integration Support functions such as stranded costs analysis, synergy due diligence, day- one readiness, and cross-functional transition services agreement development.
