Professional Overview

With more than 15 years of experience in public accounting and private business, Sarah focuses on providing tax planning and compliance services to clients with multi-state and international operations across a variety of industries. She assists clients with corporate and partnership income tax reporting, as well as various international issues including international reporting requirements, foreign tax credit planning, repatriation of foreign profits, and treaty analysis. Sarah also has experience with income tax provisions and other ASC 740 reporting matters for both private and public companies.
