Ron has over 25 years of experience leading efforts in business transformation, data management, and technology infrastructure implementations. He leads and oversees engagements related to process analysis, systems architecture, and post-close merger integrations, delivering systems and applications. Ron has a proven track record of managing IT projects and programs that support strategic growth initiatives and the ability to drive big-picture results by connecting technology with business goals.
He has extensive experience deploying technology that drives business value by centralizing and connecting data and process automation, including managing data conversions, integrations, reporting, and mobile capabilities, and providing change management process deliverables necessary for user adoption. Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Ron led a 45-country implementation of financial and human capital management software, and led three merger integrations, as well as managed global Fintech solutions for Bank of America. He was also a Senior Manager at a Top Ten firm, where he was responsible for providing consulting, program management, and project leadership across multiple industries as well as integrating PE backed acquisitions.
