Nick has extensive experience assisting customers and counsel with complex financial, accounting, and damages matters. He has assisted in the analysis and preparation of report testimony, deposition testimony, and/or trial or arbitration testimony for over one hundred cases. Nick has assisted in expert witness preparation for trial or arbitration testimony in more than a dozen cases.
He has provided consulting services in matters in dispute or under investigation on issues involving lost profits, contract disputes, breaches in fiduciary duties, tortious interference, fraud, shareholder disputes, , business valuations, and white-collar crime. Nick has developed an expertise in intellectual property issues involving patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Nick worked in the Atlanta office of a boutique consulting and litigation support firm based in Birmingham, AL.
