Nathan has more than 12 years of experience in financial processes, operational and profitability metrics, and continuous practice improvement principles. He has expertise in the integration of accounting, operations, and technology through inter-departmental collaborations and assists organizations in bridging the gap between systems and financial processes. He also helps organizations collaborate with executive team members to provide consolidated annual forecasts, reporting and analysis and real-time financial insights. Nathan is responsible for helping customers apply best practices to processes and technology in order to support strategy, growth initiatives and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Nathan was the controller of a consulting firm and was responsible for all accounting functions across 30+ legal entities, including 12 operating companies along with streamlining processes and improving efficiencies utilizing technology. He has also held senior level positions reporting directly to the executive leadership with oversight of cash flows and debt management.
