Matt has 13 years of experience in public accounting. His primary focus is providing tax planning and compliance services to clients in the real estate, manufacturing and service industries. He has extensive experience in providing tax services for flow-through entities, corporations, and individuals. Additionally, Matt has been involved in dealing with numerous partnership allocation issues, structuring tax free exchanges of property, loan workouts, private equity transactions and economic incentives. He currently serves as the managing shareholder for the Greenville office's tax practice.
