Professional Overview

As the Director, Cybersecurity and Technology Consulting, Kyle helps customers improve their security posture and optimize their IT operations. With over 20 years of senior executive experience, Kyle is a technology leader with a proven track record of delivering IT and cybersecurity solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data privacy, and customer satisfaction. He has extensive knowledge and experience in various sectors, such as government, education, healthcare, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Kyle served as the Vice President of Service Delivery at Segra, where he oversaw the implementation of Segra's entire suite of telecommunications, managed IT, and information security solutions. He also supported the CEO as the Interim Chief Operating Officer, managing the daily operations and financial performance of the company. Previously, he was the CIO for The Citadel Military College and the COO for the State of South Carolina’s Department of Administration where he led the development and execution of cybersecurity strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
